Finally - a reliable home renewal and repair team in San Francisco! We are a small, woman-owned business with a focus on customer service. We're known for fairness, flexibility, good communication, and high quality work.
We are not the cheapest in town, but you can trust us to not rip you off by telling you that you need things you don't or skipping over important quality details.
We specialize in jobs of one day or longer, including home renewal projects, "to do lists," or "punch lists" of painting plumbing, electrical, drywall, landscaping, powerwashing, deck staining, carpentry, and other repair needs.
A one-hour consultation giving you information, advice, options at various price points, and referrals is $65.
Rennovation and repair rates are $65/hr. Fixed bids are available for larger projects.
We also offer residential renewal project management services for busy homeowners, out of town investors, and landlords. Project management rates are $65 per hour.
We've been in business in San Francisco for eight years and have wonderful references! We return calls, show up on time, and do great work. Amazing - we clean up after ourselves and won't let the pets escape!
